Some of our favourite holiday ingredients have either landed or are landing in the next few weeks — specialty Italian radicchios, blood oranges and Cara Caras, fresh Italian chestnuts, white truffles — it's the most wonderful time of the year!

- GAILAN (2515) - Local season is winding down, limited availability out of Mexico.
- COLLARD GREENS (2369) - In transition between U.S. and Mexican crops, with limited availability driving pricing volatility.
- CELERY STALKS (2317) -Supply remains very light but expected to improve next week.
- ROMAINE LETTUCE USA (2696) - Critically short with poor quality; no improvement expected until next week.
- THAI GREEN CHILI PEPPER (3024) - Transitioning to new crop out of the Dominican Republic.
- EGGPLANT (2478) - Georgia season has finished, and Florida & Mexico volumes remain limited due to cooler weather.
- GREEN SEEDLESS GRAPES (2548) - Reduced availability from late-season U.S. green grapes is driving higher costs.
- SUGAR SNAP PEA (2973) - Limited availability on snow and snap peas from Peru and Guatemala due to rain-related quality issues in the growing regions. Pricing on Chinese product is rising as a result.
- GRAPEFRUIT (6450) - Market adjusting as the South African season winds down.
