WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS WEEK
Critical Updates:
🚨Barbet Production Gap: Barbet is temporarily unavailable. The producer is in a production gap, so we are not receiving new stock at the moment and do not have a confirmed date for when it is expected to return.
🚨Strawberry Supply Tightening: Strawberry supplies are expected to tighten over the next 3–4 weeks as California transitions growing regions following an extended stretch of high temperatures throughout July.
🚨Limes Transitioning to New Growing Region: Limes are transitioning to a new crop and growing region in Mexico, with limited volumes of good-quality limes currently crossing into the U.S.
🚨Celery Supplies Declining: Celery supplies continue to decline and the market is trending upward as disease pressure reduces harvestable acreage.

📈 What’s Up: Expect higher pricing this week on kiwi, USA strawberries, jumbo yams & limes.
