Critical Updates:
🚨Barbet Production Gap: Barbet is temporarily unavailable. The producer is in a production gap, so we are not receiving new stock at the moment and do not have a confirmed date for when it is expected to return.
📈 Lime availability is improving in the market. Larger sizes remain limited.
🚨Honeydew is showing improvement but remains tight with limited sizing available. Supply is improving slowly, but pricing remains elevated.
🚨 Celery remains on alert as disease pressure continues to reduce harvestable acres, tightening supply in the market and driving prices higher.
Market Moves:
📈 What’s Up: Expect higher pricing this week on raspberries, gailan, kohlrabi, fingerling potatoes, hothouse tomatoes and peeled garlic.
📉 What’s Down: Pricing is easing this week on black plums, blackberries, grapes, honeydew and peppers (green hot finger peppers, jalapeños, poblanos and shishitos).

🌱New Arrivals: Ontario nectarines are here, along with Tropea onions, ClearWater heirloom and cherry tomatoes, and Rex & Carlo lettuces fresh from ClearWater.
🔜 Coming Soon: Ontario yellow plums and blue plums are arriving later this week! Tortillas from Sonora and two new flavours from Zamalek.

KOHLRABI & GAILAN (2611 & 2515) - Rain and warm weather have reduced the availability of good-quality product, driving prices higher.
RASPBERRIES (3227) - Pricing has returned to regular levels after opportunity buy last week.
CHINESE GARLIC PEELED (2531) - Delays on new crop shipments and limited arrivals are expected to keep prices elevated for another two weeks.
HOT HOUSE TOMATOES (07381) - Lower harvest volumes on field tomatoes are increasing demand for Hot House tomatoes and pushing prices higher.
