🚨Nduja Supply Tight Over Next 2-3 Weeks: Tight availability expected as importers await new containers arriving in early September.
🚨Limes Transitioning to New Growing Region: Limes are transitioning to a new crop and growing region in Mexico, with limited volumes of good-quality limes.
🚨California Strawberry Supplies Dropping 50%: Strawberry supplies are expected to tighten significantly over the next 3–4 weeks, as prolonged July heat in California has reduced production and packable yields. We will keep you updated on whether our supply will be impacted.

📉 What’s Down: Pricing is easing this week on peppers, squash and tomatoes as local season ramps up.

Prices on these items are trending up this week:
BAKER POTATOES (3102 & 3100) - Prices are up due to a transitional gap as we shift from storage to new crop.
PURPLE YAMS (4459) - Extreme shortage in the market is currently raising prices.
LIMES (2720) - Limited good-quality product due to heavy rains in the current growing region in Mexico. Supply is also transitioning to the new crop.

Prices on these items are trending down this week:
MINI SWEET, GREEN BELL & HABANERO PEPPERS (4615, 2988, 2989) -Local greenhouse supply has increased and is expected to remain stable for the foreseeable future, bringing prices down.
BRUSSELS SPROUTS (2225) - More supply out of Cali coming in, driving prices down for the month.
CLUSTER & HOT HOUSE TOMATOES (7382 & 7381) -Increased local greenhouse supply is expected to keep availability stable in the coming weeks.
ITALIAN & CURLY PARSLEY, SPAGHETTI & ACORN SQUASH (2945, 2941, 3335, 3331) - Increased local supply out of Ontario and Quebec is driving prices down.

Chives | 2342 - Delayed arrival of new stock, coupled with quality issues, caused temporary shortages. Product is now readily back in stock.
Shiitake Mushrooms | 2786 - High demand and a late delivery caused temporary shortages. Product is now readily back in stock with increased volume.
Round Shallots | 2870 - New crop is just starting, with some substitutions expected through next weekend as supply transitions.
Frozen Peaches | 5237 - Higher-than-forecasted demand, coupled with tight market availability, caused a temporary shortage. Product is now back in stock.
Blonde Frise Lettuce | 7188 - High temperatures in Spain continue to impact quality. Our supplier is adjusting orders to ensure we receive good-quality product.
