WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS WEEK
Critical Updates:
🚨U.S. Cyclospora Outbreak: At this time, Bondi Produce has not been advised of any confirmed or potential food safety concerns associated with any of the products we supply. Please read our full update from our Quality Assurance team for more information.
🚨Local Crops Are Feeling the Heat: Persistent heat has been speeding up local harvests, creating shorter seasons, more variable quality, and higher pricing on some Ontario crops.
🚨Melon supplies will remain tight for another two weeks.

RASPBERRIES (3227) -Better supply and quality out of Mexico.
It's hot out there and our local crops are feeling it.
The recent stretch of heat has accelerated local crop growth, bringing many items to market earlier than usual. Yay, right!? The trade-off? Crops are ripening all at once instead of gradually, creating shorter harvest windows and more pressure on quality.
What this means for your kitchen:
Earlier arrivals of local favourites
Some items may only be available for a shorter time
Greater week-to-week variability in supply & quality
Higher-than-usual pricing on many local crops
We'll continue working closely with our growers to source the best product available and keep you informed, so you can plan menus, features, and purchasing with confidence as the season unfolds.
